RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Return Policy

Customers are only allowed to return, exchange or as for refund if the item(s) has any defect(s) within 14 days after has been received.

DHAMIZAH will review your request within 14 working days of its receipt and get back to you thereafter.

All returned item(s) are subject to quality control inspection and approval.

We reserve the right to refuse any refund request, at our own discretion, should we determine that a customer is abusing our refund/exchange policy.

Return item(s) must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed and return in the exact condition upon purchased with price tag/label attached.

Please note:
Shipping cost of return item(s) is/are not claimable and are to be borne by purchaser.
For your protection, do insure your delivery while using any delivery service.

General Information

How To Order

Order from Monday – Saturday, order time before 11am, delivery by courier the same day after 12pm.

 

Order on Public Holiday at anytime, delivery by courier on the next working day after 12pm.

Has my order been shipped out yet?

Once your order has been processed and packed, we will email you a unique tracking number for you to keep an eye on the status of your parcel at all times. Orders made before 11am will be completed on the day itself. Orders made after that will be shipped the next day.

Why is my tracking number not traceable?

Tracking numbers are usually traceable once it is collected and processed by the courier. Do give it at least 24 hours for it to be processed on the courier’s end. If your order was completed during weekend / public holidays, it will be traceable on the next working day.

Will my parcel be charged customs and import charges?

All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. These charges vary widely from country to country hence we are unable to advise what the cost would be. DHAMIZAH COUTURE SDN BHD has no control over the fees imposed and we also cannot reimburse the amount in any capacity.

Where do we deliver and how much is the shipping rate?

Effective 1st January 2020, our shipping rates are as follows;

Peninsular Malaysia Malaysia : RM 9.00

Sabah & Sarawak : RM 13.00

Singapore & Brunei : RM 35.90 (up to 1 kg)

How long does delivery takes?

Local delivery will take 2-5 working days. International delivery will take 3-7 working days.

What are my options?

Courier service by “POSLaju” and “J&T Express”.
